Since I am hundreds of miles away, I think it is safe to
tell you that I buprofen actually helps. However,
not in the way you think. You need to stick to the
therapy. I know it is tough. Never the less,
I tell you the same thing I have said time and time
before - why do we expect this complex syndrome
to be solvved as if it was a 2-aspirin headache?
Do this:
Take 800 mg of Ibuprofen and one pill of Actifed
every four hours, regardless if you have or not
an attack. Do it for 3 weeks. Make sure that you
at least do not miss the doses before going to sleep
and the one just after you wake up. It might seem
as if it does not help much. It does...it just needs
time to deplete your norepi pools...and that takes time
continue your other Rx as well, but do this part
no matter what. As the CH become less severe
and further appart decrease the dose to 3 times per day,
same amount of pills though. As the attacks wind down
continue the therapy for another week, but only
before going to bed and as you wake up. Eventually, wind it
down to only before going to bed. Also, drink coffee
with caffeine first thing in the morning. Maintain
caffeine fevels with diet pepsi throughout the day.
Wean yourself out of the caffeine little by little
so you do not get HA from lack of caffeine.
BTW
"I want to make love and fall peacefully asleep in my lovers arms"
Sounds like a contradiciton in terms, ain't it?
