Good Morning Everyone,
I've been a clusterhead since the 8th Grade. I'm currently 2 years post-college.
I've been able to come up with an analogy recently, and I'd like to get some feedback from
those of you that exercise regurlarly. As I said, I was diagnosed when I was in the 8th grade.
Well, entering my freshman year in high school, I became a 3 sport athlete. Therefore, I was in very
good shape year round for 4 years. Hence, no problems with demons. Actually, I thought the whole thing was
a fluke. Boy was I wrong. After about 2 or 3 months into my freshman year of college ('92), I began to have clusters
chronically. I'm still considered a chronic clusterhead today. So, I was wondering if those of you that exercise
regularly notice a decrease in clusters? I came up with this on saturday. It hit me like a bolt of lightning. I started exercising this morning, and I'm hoping to join a gym this week. I hope this turns out to be a remedy to cope, because nothing else
has worked.
Sincerely,
Angry Scientist
