I can tell you that getting off ASPARTAME has almost completely eliminated the NON-CLUSTER headaches I was having. They lasted 2 days and came about every 3 weeks. I think those headaches made me so sympathetic about my son, Rich's headache. Definitely get off the stuff!! It isn't worth it to do anything that might cause ANY KIND of pain to yourself or anyone!!
