A friend gave me an article to look at during lunch at
work. It was on the effects of diet cola especially with
all of the artificial sweeteners. One of the side effects
was severe headaches and I decided to lay off the pop.
I have been having dull aches in my head since my last
CH episode. Today the ache subsided. I had gone only 24
hours without a soda. An hour after I drank some the
ache returned. This is not enough to convince me of anything
but I am now off the diet pop to see what happens.
