I haven't been able to work in quite a while (and I own my business and have had to turn it over to an associate to run), so I do know your delima. Is there any way you can work from home (between HAs)? I do this some when I can think at all. The office picks up the finished work and my associate handles the clients. There are times when my mind is ok, but my body just won't go physically.
I wish I had an answer for you, but the best I can do is to tell you to talk to your boss and explain (as best you can) what is wrong and what is going to happen when the CH hits.
