I am very sympathetic with each of you, since I know the pain of feeling that your head is going to explode. I am a 48 year old female and have been plagued with migraines for about one year. I take Daypro (600mg) twice a day and Zomig about 5 times/week on the average. I was reading the local newspaper yesterday and noticed something which may be of interest to the female sufferers.
Hormonal changes in women can occur at various ages. With the increase of age, and the decrease of estrogen production, headaches can occur.
Have the female sufferers checked with their MD or gynecologist regarding hormone remedies?
I'm very interested in any response.
