My son just finished up a 30 day dose. It helped a LOT! but his moods were horrible and that kind of scared him a bit.
We discovered about 3 to 5 min in very cold water (our pool for Steve) took the attack completely away for Stephen. He started this Wed night and each time it has worked. He usually has to go in twice.
He always enjoyed having a ice bag but there was something about lowering his total body temp that really helped. He will take doing that over taking the icky meds any day!
