I also have a tingling/numbness that occurs off and on in the last few years. I have it mainly in my left leg and sometimes in my left arm, left foot, left hand. Sometimes it would feel like my whole left side would go numb. Currently, my husband and I are closing on our house in a few weeks. It seems like stress can be a cause of these symptoms. I am not sure. I also do have occassional dizziness off and on for 2 years. I have not had any tests done. I guess I am waiting until we move into the new area. Sometimes I think this could be more serious, like MS. Sometimes I believe it is how my body reacts to stress. The symptoms are annoying, but I really want to know what this is. I am 34 years old.
