I took some hand cream about a hand ful and mixed in cayenne pepper about ta tea spoon, and mixed in about five drops of hot pepper sause. I rubed the side of my face with it that hurt! I have only tried this one time and in a matter of minutes the cluster went down way down in pain. Not that I want another cluster but I am going to try it again. I will now take the cream with me when ever I leave. If you read the post on down the board you will find another recipe for it I believe.
Some people have used it inside their nose just the pepper alone.
