Hello fellow Cluster Heads. I have had CH for 18 years, I am (thank god) episodal, I don't think I could take it if it were to become cronic. I am in a cycle right now, Last night was the first I slept all night in weeks. Nobody I know can understand what this is like, as soon as I say the word headache they look at me like I am a whimp that can't take a headache. My wife and kids are the only ones that understand. They have seen me at my worst. An ugly sight to say the least. After 18 years this is the first cycle that adds a new thrill with the headaches.Getting sick with them, as if it isn't bad enough.My Dr says that CH is not a form of migrains and will not consider any of the traditional migrain meds such as imitrax. All she will give me is tenormin or hisminal. some relief but not much. This cycle is 5 weeks old and I should be coming to the end I hope. My longest period of remission has been 16 months. looking forward to hearing from fellow Ch's
