Tracy, I'm pretty new to the board, so I don't really know you, but my heart goes out to you reading how hard things are right now. Lord knows I've been to the point where you think you'll just die if one more burden comes along and then been crushed when one more burden came and I was still here. I have a very wise, old friend who really helped me by teaching me how essential it is to just live in the moment. The past is gone, the future isn't here, this moment is all we have. We can learn from the past, but when we worry about what the future may hold, it robs us of the moment. what good is this in getting through majorly sucky times? Well, I have had to learn to just let it all go and live second to second at times, forget that day-to-day stuff - on somedays, that's way to much to handle. So I let go of everything but the moment I'm in and somehow I get through and because I'm not carrying the burden of what may be coming, there may even be moments of peace or joy on the way. I don't mean to sound preachy. It's just wisdom from an old friend that I don't even know how to share properly, but I know that living like this has saved my from killing myslef off either physically or psycologically many times over the past few years. I have a trite saying that is my mantra during the God-awful times: It all works out in the end, I just have to get to the end. I'm so sorry to hear that you're crashing right now and I hope some shred of this rambling message from a stranger can help! Peace!
