Someone explaine to me WHY.....

I can suffer for days and nights on end with CH and never call off to work or leave work because of the pain.
But give me the flue (wich i had two weeks ago) or a stomach vires (which I have now ) and I call off.
I realy feel guilty!
This is nothing compaired to CH.
