You might be on the right track with verapamil if you take enough of it. Guess I am lucky with my Family Practice Doc, she understands that CH sufferers know more than the medical community. When I asked her about verapamil this year, she said she had good success with that for migraines and that it would be good to try.
She also said it was a safe drug and we would start at 240 and just up the dose if that did not work. I ended up at 480 and it is working for now.
WE all know the best is prevent and then abort on the CH, I have never had any luck with a pain killer. Then again, I have never taken any narcotic for that purpose.
