1) you could be more reactive to theine (may be genetic in England..:-)
2) that dirty water you call coffee (...:-) ) is not strong enough. Avoid Instant coffee anyway, It is not the best, also if you make it strong!
You could, if near to London, go to Oxford St, near Portobello Rd, there are 2 Italian Coffee there....that's Coffee! :-)
But, if theine is good for you... you could continue to use it.
