I'm not a bigg coffee drinker Riccardo, but I'll give it a go. I have to say, thinking about it, that I do usually take the extra strong paracetamol with the tea.

I do find, however, that coffee can make it worse if I'm already in an attack.

Maybe it's not strong enough?
