Anyone could help me with Blue Cheese...?

I have not the minimum idea of what Blue Cheese can be.
DON'T SAY ME A KIND OF CHEESE, please!
Sorry, but in Italy the only Blue thing .... are the Danish cookies....:-)
Could give me some other name, or a link (May be a www.bluecheese.com.....:-)

PS..I have to be enough introubled in finding the cider vinegar (we do not use this vinegar)
