The following flow rate data is copied directly from that site you referred to...am I missing something?...These flow rates seem very low. "3 lpm" a maximum? Do they make them bigger? What "lpm" does yours produce?

CONCENTRATION LEVELS 95.6 % to 93 % at 1- 2 lpm
95.6 % to 87% at 3 lpm
FLOW-ADJUSTABLE
IN 1/2 LITER INCREMENTS 1/2 - 3 lpm
