12 year sufferer, Thought I'd share some info
I'm about a month into my attacks oxygen dosen't
seem to work as well as it used to but i still use it one thing I discovered , I had an attack while driving so I turned on the air conditioning and blew cold air on my face it seemed to really help until I could get to my oxygen!
Another tip is that welding oxygen is the same stuff
as med oxgen and a lot cheaper if you dont have medical insurance I've used it before with no problems ( I know there is probably a some kind of risk)
Another thing is if you can't get to the oxygen right away hyperventalate This seems to help sometimes and sometimes it seems to avert the headache!
