with work done on my spine and had three CH's last night, therapist said I would be sore today, she hit that correctly. The auto immune system is magically spinal cord related, and I feel that a CH is a over reaction to a stimulus, haven't tried a chiro yet, problem is finding a good one, least one that doesn't use a glorified ohmmeter to detect nerve damage.
