Try sleeping while sitting with your head propped up!
It has made a difference for me and others!
The clusters will still come, but they are less severe.
If they show up in my sleep, I can get up right away at the onset.
I go to the freezer and get what I need.
Through displacement and meditation techniques, I can cope until the pain goes.
Since I have been sitting up during my cycles the attacks are shorter.
I have gone from anywhere from 1-4hrs. of pain to 30min. to an hour.
