I'm sure that people who have been at this board for a while have heard every question. They must shake their heads when the same ones keep being put out again and again.
I'm in need of serious advice on how to overcome being afraid to sleep. Without fail I get attacked two hours into sleep. It creeps into my dreams. It corners me in the day when I nap, or at night when I finally fall flat exhausted.
I think it's the actual waking up with it that I'm afraid of. It catches me off guard and I don't fight it as well as when I'm awake. I get about 2-4 hours of sleep a night. I think this could be even a factor on why I am getting attacked more often in the day lately. Or not. Any advice is appreciated.
