I am 42yr. old with cardiomyopathy, congestive heart failure and 3 leaky values. My cardiologist has just prescribed neurontin for me to take in addition to lanoxin, coreg 6.25 twice a day and capoten. Do you have any idea why? He is a dr. that does not like you to ask questions.
I was taken to the hospital by ambulance in September because on the event monitor they said my heart had had an event that lasted 12 minutes and they usually don't last longer than 7 minutes.
