Is the clinic a stand alone clinic or is it a satellite of a larger medical institution? If it is connected with a hospital, you might want to cc your letter of complaint to Human Resources or Administration.
Sorry to hear about your hellish night. Been through a few myself. The aggravation only adds insult to injury and makes the pain level increase even more. Hoping that tonight is better for you.
