most of the books I have read cover the same medications listed in this site and are symptomatic in nature rather than even speculating on the true cause of this condition, or can we call it a disease. Also, many neuros I have visited take great offense if I mention I read something in a book, some and given me quite a put down for trying to play doctor as they put it without going to med school, so I have learned to very carefully phrase my requests in the form of a question, perhaps some of these doctors would be good canidates for your book, that is, if their ego would permit them to read it.
