question about imitrex nasal spray

Hi All:
I just convinced my Dr to finally give me the Imitrex nasal spray. He gave me the 5mg strength and i've tried it twice but it seems to make things worse. A stupid question: But I assume that you use the spray on the side of your face that is hurting - Is that right?
