Thanks for your responses. The last headache after the spray lasted over 2 hours. I've never had one that went half that long before or as painful. I'm not convinced that I (or the pharmacist) really know how to use the spray. I read some in the archives about holding your head level to make sure it doesn't just drain down your throat. But I definately have issues with the 5mg dosage.

Lastly has anyone gotten relief from soaking their head in warm water? It seems to have worked this weekend. I'm just afraid that what works today may stop tomorrow. If warm water helps that may be my quickest cure yet. Anyone else find that effective?
