nasal passages at first swell up, rock hard histamine is formed, the pain spreads first to the eye, right in my case and goes back to my right ear, the pains in the eye and ear are spike like, but constant, no throbbing, I had an MRI during a cluster, sinuses were clear, but that whole area around my nose was black on the picture.
