I'm not a neurologist,ENT or even an intelligent person, it sound to me like maybe if this is working and with the symptoms stated prior to this post they might be having Classic Sinus headaches.
I only know what reaearch I've done and I have never heard of true clusters causing nasal pain and soreness in the nose.
Xylocaine, Cocaine and Lidocaine did nothing at all for my Clusters. Numbed my whole face and neck where it was injectd and dripped but didn't touch the headache pain. (IMHO) Sailpappy
