Ice or really cold water always help me get through the headache but would probably make the tooth worse!
I get sore spots on my head when I'm in the 10-15 a day cycle. I'v often wondered if it's from pressing and rubbing on my pain spot during attacks, also the shower head touches my head sometimes and I think that helps the sorness occur.
During my last bad cycle, a week or so ago I had a spot swell up from underneath my scalp like the dam Demon was trying to climb out? Wish he'd made it out!
If your not alergic to it you can get Naproxen over the counter now and that might help the tooth ache, I think it's called Aleave or something like that. Also Benadryl might knock you out for a few hours, I always get a hangover bad from and antihistimines and the make me so ill feeling it's like an allergic reaction so I don't take it myself.
Maybe a trip to the Dentist wouldn't be a bad Idea?
