I learned recently that Medicare won't pay for it either. And the way Medicare works is that if the gov. won't pay, the supplementary carriers won't pay either. So I got a bill for about $160 bucks, which I finally realized I would have to pay. I called Medicare and finally found someone who understood what I was talking about and he yes, kiddo, it's true, no dough for the oxo, but he didn't know why. It was policy. Burp.
