Jonathan, thank you for coming back to this board. Yes, we can only take one step at a time, one day at a time. Being an episodic sufferer, I don't pretend to know your internal pain. We do not condemn you for feeling desperate because everyone here knows how painful CH is. I'm just glad you're back here. You are really really not alone; I wish we could hold your hand, give you lots of hugs, and cry with you. Thank you for your honesty and courage to vent here; it takes a real man to truly express how you feel. You do have the sensitivity and empathy toward others in pain, and there's no doubt in my mind you'll lift up many people's spirits like you always did here before. Hope your "recharging" time is peaceful.
