I should have mentioned they were pills.
If it comes down to me giving in, I think I'll
try just a half at first and go from there.
So far, after 2 weeks in this cycle, I'm managing
fine. But, Strangely...they also started 2 weeks earlier than usual. I had this pinned down to every year right at Valentines Day. A day or two either direction. I'm sitting between 6-7 on the scale, and if I stay there, I can handle it.
But, if not, I really appreciate all the info, it
eases my mind somewhat. Thanks!
