Although I have not been "officially" diagnosed with CH, most of my symptoms point in that direction. So I'm glad I found this site; I had no idea how common this affliction was. All the doctors I have seen about my "mystery headaches" seem to think it is something to do with my sinuses. X-rays, CAT scans and visits to ENT specialists have turned up a deviated septum (basically, a crooked nose) My specialist says that an operation to straighten this will alleviate pressure on my sinus and (hopefully) relieve the headaches. I'm not so sure, but I am booked in for surgery in three months. I have found that a eucalyptus inhalation (a few drops of oil in a bowl of hot water, cover it and my head with a towel, and breathe deeply) seems to relieve all but the worst headaches. So I seem to have a confusing mixture of symptoms that show either sinusitis or migrainous neuralgia, or some diabolical combination of the two. Has anyone found a connection between CH and sinusitis?
