Meds other than Imitrex

Can I get some feedback on other meds people have tried besides Imitrex? Anything that's been particularly effective? My doc prescribed Imitrex for me, but the pharmacist was reluctant to fill it because I'm allergic to Sulfa drugs and there is sulfa in the compound of Imitrex, so I'm looking for input on other meds. Please help! I don't want to rely on narcotics this cycle!
