Yes, my impression is that everyone gets rejected at least once, if not twice. I've been rejected 3 times now. The 3rd time was with a lawyer. He and another lawyer have since told me that the third rejection (from the procees step called a
"Hearing") puts a taboo on me. They don't want to take the case.
"Fortunately", SSA's notice of denial demonstrates their amazing ignorance of headaches and headache diagnosis. I mean, it's really laughable, except that it isn't.
I will be going to the next step, called the "Appeals Council", and to Fed court after that if I have to. I have no choice other than to go back to some other job and re-introduce lots more triggers. I don't think I can cope with that situation anymore.
I wasn't entirely clear - have you filed with SocSec yet?
