Bill, I get the same "build-up" warnings a week or two before I go into a full blown set of clusters. Try going to the doctor at the first warning and see if he will prescribe prednisone and verapamil. This might work as it will keep your vascular system from going into the wild variations we seem to get. It took a couple of days, but helped my last cluster. I have gone to a constant pressure situation and my right eye waters constantly, but it sure beats the alternative.
