At age 40 I atarted a 10 year bout with this
horriable problem. I have endured all of the stories that I have read. For many years ergostat
sublingual pills would help then they quit making
that. At age 50 the headaches left. I thought it
was due to my taking Vitamins B, E & C Don't know
I am now 59 and a lung cancer surviver of 4 years.
The headaches are back, not as bad as before. I use wigraine at the first sign and it usually helps. Also I apply finger pressure to the carotid artery in my right neck just below the jaw. It takes a lot of pressure but the intense
pain is helped. I always remembered that when the
pain got so bad that i could no longer stand it,
the headache would start to leave. That was the only way I would get through them Good luck and
hang in there. They can get better.
