I was prescribed 8 liters for 15 min with no mask preference. O2 sometimes works best at night. I don't know why. During last attack (getting 4 CH per day) I used O2 at night(twice) and Imitrex during the day (twice). Don't let the HMO push you around if your not getting relief. I believe Imitrex can be perscribed in a vial with self draw and injection rather than the very expensive spring fired injection unit. This may be cheaper, as you could use less product, if you don't mind playing nurse to your self. Good luck.
