I am sure this has been covered before, but...being new to the site, here goes. I tried O2 ten years ago to no effect. Now my HMO insisted my Primary Care Physician prescribe it again even though he had never tried it for cluster patients. He is in the dark as to flow rate and amount of time I should breathe the O2. I suspect 10 years ago the flow rate was too low to do any good. Those who use O2 successfully, what does your doc prescribe? Thanks!
