Danny, This is a new area that is becomming a hot topic
for cluster sufferers. My wife is currently on Diflucan
for yeast related problems at the rate of 100mg a day. She had some high pressure
in her pain areas a couple of times (we call this shadow clusters) but that is all. So far they
have not returned but she does feel the the clusters are waiting in the wings.
However like with clusters you must find a specialist otherwise
you will not be taken seriously and led down the path
of medications by the bushel that do not work. We are going
to see an Internist who specializes in Candida this weekend (May 8th) to see about
the yeast imbalence problem. Over the phone this doctor
told us that they have never had any good results
with anything less that 200mg a day of Diflucan. Rmember to have a blood test to check
your liver function while on Diflucan!! I never wish to offer false hopes to anyone
because my wife and I have been victim to this too many times
in the past over ch treatments. All I can say is that I correspond
to 4 people on Diflucan and the side effect is that they have no occurence
of this cursed annual visitor.
