Hi, my name is Tia and my father has c/h's. He is on imitrex and now has recently added remeron. They say that he has permanent nerve damage from the intensity and frequency of these headaches, if he holds his hands out they shake uncontrollably, and other nerve damage symptoms. He has lost his appetite, that is why the remeron, they want him to experience one of the side effects of that drug which is increased appetite. He sees a GP, he doesn't want to go to a neuro, and doesn't like to make waves or ask questions, feels that would be disrespectful to his dr. I have Arnold Chiari Type I Malformation and Basilar Artery Migraines so am over the whole dr as God ideology so I ask questions constantly. Anyways, what is this I hear about oxygen therapy? We have not heard of this, what is the process, how is it administered, why, where, what are the benefits, does it really stop the pain? Any info would be great, thanks, Tia
