Sorry to hear you haven't noticed a change with the water treatment. It does not work for everyone but the secret to it, I believe, is drinking ENOUGH (that's an 8 oz glass at least every hour while awake) and staying with it. Now, my husband was completely med free when he tried it so that may be why he noticed results within two days and complete end of cycle within a week.....are you on any meds?
His worst time is also at night and he found relief by taking Gravol (Dramamine in the States) before bed. It causes sleep as a side effect but doesn't let you get into REM sleep which is where the Beast will attack you. If you DO still get attacked, Dramamine will do nothing for the pain, but there is a chance you may just be able to sleep through the night without an attack if you try it. Sometimes even 6 consecutive hours of sleep can make the world of difference the next day.
