Water x 3

I tried this water x 3. I have been on it faithfully for 7 day`s now. I have notice know change in my cycle.
My worse time is at night. I feel I have tryed everthing on this board and some very weird one`s that or not.
I`m at the point of giving up.
HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
