Hi Marcus,
Hang in there.. I have been where you are, and as hard as
it may be to believe, there is an end, you will feel like fighting again.
I know all you want is these headaches to end, we all do! You have to fight, and fight hard
do what ever feels right to you, go to bed early, go for a jog, have a hot or a clod shower, jump up and down and scream if you have to, just fight. The pain will go away. I've been through the psychology of believing I was being punished or it must be my teeth, or it's something I'd eaten. All the way through to there's no point they don't know what it is, I don't know what it is and it wont go away. I've felt like going to sleep and wishing I could go to sleep for ever. It's interfered with my Job, and my relationships. But I did come back. It is possible to come back, to find the strength to continue, in the full knowledge
that another headache is probably round the corner. Just remember your not alone, we're out here with you, and we're all trying to find a cause for these headaches. Hang on in there, and I promise you'll find freedom from this bad patch.
We're here..!
Jonathan.
(Always remember the pain does go away, if only for a little while.
It's those little while's we live for :-) )
My History:
