I don't know if anyone else here saw this, but you said you had a H.A. while in high school and layed your head down on the desk til it went away??? Are you sure you were diagnosed with cluster Headahces?? Laying one's head down is a real No-No for us. We just can't do it when we are in pain. Also, most of us have tried all different kinds of drugs and some work for a while and then quit working for some reason, but the consensus about Imitrex is that, this drug almost always helps everyone!!! Can you give us any more information, like exactly what were you told by your Dr? Linda
