Yes it is probably the Steroids/Prednisolone, they replace the hormones/chemicals in the body
that keep your body up and active, hence you are highly unlikely to get I'll
while on the steroids unless you have been on then too long. Because they replace these
chemicals, the actual glands that produce the natural version become inactive which is why doctors
ask you to never to stay on a course for too long, and always to come off of them very gently, reducing the
dose little by little so that the glands can start working again. While your body stops producing the chemicals when you need to rest, the pills that you take do not..
That's how I understood it from my other half, who happens to be a doctor, and spent a great deal of time explaining
the effects of the drugs that I take/took have on the human body.
