I took topamax about a month ago (25mg twice a day) and it made me feel like i was nuts....I felt spacy all the time and lost 20 pounds...It seemed like it helped with the CH's but not worth all the side effects.! It may be different for you, but that is the way it made my everyday life...Good luck!!!!
