I'm on my fourth cluster episode, but this is the first
one I've had that I get the headaches only at night, or first
thing in the morning. I can't sleep for more than an hour or
two before one wakes me up, And it seems that if I continue to
lay down, it is guaranteed to get worse, so I have to sit up and let it
run its course. This is costing me lots of sleep.
My question is, has anybody managed to alter their schedule?
I would rather have them during the day, they are more bearable.
A couple of times after a really bad one, I have taken
Excederin PM, and have managed to sleep through the rest
of the night, but I don't want to take this every night, because
I'm afraid it might lose its effectivness.
