Hi Wendy,
Dramamine (or Gravol) produces sleep as a side effect but doesn't allow you to get into the REM phase of sleep which seems to be where the Beast can find you. Try the regular adult dosage before bed and see if it works for you. It has helped some people here avoid the middle of the night attack.
