Question about time beast appears at night?

Can someone help me, in the past I most always had the beast 1-2 hours after falling asleep. This cycle I have had almost every one anywhere from 5-8 am. Usually one at 5-6 am aborted with O2, and back HARD again 1-2 hours later. Guess I should stay up after the first one, but I am so selfish with my sleep! Any suggestions?
